Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
We offer immediate order cancellations within 24 hours after purchase – so, if you change your mind within this time frame, please send an email to thekukostore@gmail.com including your order number, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund as soon as we receive your request. After 24 hours, cancellations will no longer be possible, as your order will already have been sent to our fulfillment center.
Returns & Refunds
Please note that we cannot accept refund requests or process refunds until your order has been delivered. See below for more details regarding returns and refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. You may open the package and check its contents. However, we only accept returns of items that are completely unused and in new condition, including all original packaging. Please contact us before sending any items back. THE KUKO is not responsible for returns sent without prior approval. To initiate a return, send an email to thekukostore@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
All returns must include the original invoice or a note with your full name, the email address used for the order, and the order ID.
If we find that the product was not returned in its full original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or the value of the damages may be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable method. For your safety, make sure to provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment and keep proof of postage. THE KUKO is not responsible for lost return packages without a tracking number.
Once we receive your returned item(s), the full amount of the returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. No refund will be issued until the merchandise has been received and inspected by us.
Claims for Missing Items
Please note that claims for missing orders are only valid within 30 days after confirmed delivery (as long as the carrier’s tracking website states “Package has been delivered”).
An order delayed for 60 days is considered lost. All “Lost Orders” are fully refundable.
Damaged/Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect all items to ensure they are in good condition. If an item you received appears damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include a photo or video clearly showing the damage or defect. Provide a brief description along with the order number and send everything to thekukostore@gmail.com.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund. Claims will not apply if no defects are found or if the damage was caused by the customer, such as normal wear and tear or mishandling.
Warranty
We guarantee that all our products are of merchantable quality. The warranty only applies in rare cases of manufacturing defects. It does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer product exchanges. We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will treat it as a return. If something didn’t work out, please email us at thekukostore@gmail.com for further assistance.
